Our Job Hunter Process
Success Recruit are a “search & select” recruitment consultancy; this means the first stage in our process is to take a vacancy from our client. We will then use our resources to search for the perfect candidate for them.
This approach is differs to that of a standard recruitment agency and we believe it helps us help our candidates find a job that is right for them.
Our consultants will have two aims during an initial conversation with you:
To learn about you and what you are looking for in your job search
To educate you about any current vacancies for which you may be suitable
We believe in helping individuals find a job in an environment in which they will thrive and the key to us achieving this is understanding you and your goals.
Our relationships with our clients are based on the same principles and as a result we have a strong understanding of the companies that we are helping you apply too. This help us to help you find the right job at the right company in an environment in which you will thrive.
Our consultants remain on-hand to guide you through the recruitment process; we will meet with you offer interview preparation and support, ensure that you have all the information you require to succeed and deliver important interview feedback to you.
